Neal has been one of the most influential and inspirational people in my career. First meeting when he was in PM - a team i frequently refer to as the highest performing i have seen, and subsequently working with him in the maritime space… much, if not most of the best stuff on my CV is because of Neal.

you’d be sitting furiously working on a spreadsheet or slide…glimpse him sauntering towards you across the floor plate, almost like he’s gone for a stroll through the shops, hands in his pocket… he’d get to you “what ho”… and instantly we’d be in the detail.

a phenomenal talent. I hope he knows how much i owe and appreciate him and more… enjoyed working with him.
