Such moving tributes in the service and afterwards. A truly exceptional person. I'll always remember one conversation with Neal when comparing postings duing our early days in the MoD. Neal was working in the project office buying the new C130J Hercules and he described his role as "I discovered they hadn't got a plan for logistics support so I've written one." Seemed to sum up his love of finding problems and solving them, particularly in the field of logistics. Will be greatly missed.
